A correction lands faster if you include the page address and quote the sentence you are questioning.

What we can help with

• Explaining how a mechanic on the platform works, in more detail than a guide had room for.
• Requests for a guide that is missing from the set.
• Pointing you at the primary source for something we describe — the platform's own terms, or the published position of a financial authority.

What we cannot help with

• Your account. We are not Olymp Trade and have no access to accounts, balances, verification, deposits or withdrawals. Only the platform's own support can act on those.
• Whether trading this product is lawful for you. That depends on where you live and it changes; your national financial authority and the platform's own terms are the places to settle it.
• Advice on what to trade. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and we will not answer as though it were.

Response times

Mail is read on working days. A short question usually gets a short answer; a correction that requires re-checking a source takes longer, because we would rather be slow than wrong.
